Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Less Than 14 Days’ Notice

• No refunds or rescheduling permitted.

More Than 30 Days’ Notice

• 90% of the booking fee will be refunded.

Complimentary Rescheduling

• Complimentary rescheduling applies, subject to conditions.

Onboard Guidelines

• Pets are not permitted onboard.
• Footwear is not allowed on the yacht.
• Cooking is not permitted, except for BBQ use.
• Red wine and glassware are not allowed onboard.
• Water activities are not permitted after 7:00 PM for safety reasons.
• Smoking is only allowed at the back of the yacht when it is not moving.
• Please consume alcohol responsibly; excessive drinking is not permitted.
• Only plain balloons are permitted. Confetti and similar decorations are not allowed.
• Guests are to avoid any unsafe or reckless behaviour that may endanger others or damage the yacht.

Purchase Notice: Wet Weather Policy

• Please note that all weather-related decisions are at the discretion of Esora. Esora reserves the right to delay or postpone the charter in the event of bad weather.

Wet Weather Terms

• No refunds will be issued.
• Complimentary rescheduling is subject to eligibility, availability, and at least one month’s notice.
• Guests may still be required to proceed to the embarkation point should conditions improve.
